3D Slicer联合3D导板打印在脑室穿刺中的临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨3D Slicer联合3D导板打印在脑室穿刺中的临床应用价值。方法选取2020年3月~2022年10月我院收治的64例行侧脑室穿刺外引流术(EVD)手术患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组32例。观察组采用3D Slicer联合3D打印导板引导下穿刺,对照组采用常规徒手盲穿法穿刺。比较两组患者引流管位置放置最优率、首次穿刺成功率及手术时间等指标,评价临床应用价值。结果观察组引流管Kakarla分级1级率、术后引流通畅率均高于对照组,手术时间短于对照组(P<0.05);两组首次穿刺成功率、穿刺通道出血发生率及住院时间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在3D Slicer联合3D导板打印引导下进行侧脑室穿刺外引流,准确性高,安全性好,手术时间短,有明确的临床应用价值。 Objective To explore the clinical application value of 3D slicer combined with 3D guide plate printing in ventriculocentesis.Methods Sixty four patients who underwent EVD surgery in our hospital from March 2020 to October 2022 were randomly divided into control group with 32 patients and observation group with 32 patients.The observation group was punctured under the guidance of 3D slicer combined with 3D printing guide plate method,and the control group was punctured with conventional free hand blind puncture method.The optimal placement rate of drainage tube,the success rate of the first puncture and the operation time were compared between the two groups,and the clinical application value was evaluated.Results The Kakarla grade 1 rate of drainage tube and postoperative drainage patency rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the operation time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the first puncture success rate,the incidence of puncture channel bleeding and the length of hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion 3D slicer combined with 3D guide plate printing in lateral ventricle puncture has high accuracy,good safety,shorter operation time,and clear clinical application value.
