提高超软海绵钛产出率工艺技术研究与探讨

摘要 随着国内多家海绵钛厂的陆续建成投产,海绵钛产能剧增,市场竞争残酷,且各应用领域对海绵钛质量的要求越来越高,提升产品质量是企业占领市场的有效途径。文章对影响超软海绵钛质量的Fe、Cl、N、O 4种元素来源进行分析,提出了相应的解决措施,取得了明显效果,产品质量显著提高,超软海绵钛产出率超过30%,达到国际先进水平。 With the rapid growth of titanium sponge production capacity in China,there is intense market competition and an increasing demand for high-quality titanium sponges in various applications.Enhancing product quality is a key factor for enterprises to gain a competitive edge.This article analyzes the sources of four impurity elements,Fe,Cl,N,and O,which affect the quality of ultra-soft titanium sponges and proposes corresponding solutions to address them.Significant improvements have been achieved,resulting in a remarkable enhancement of product quality.The output rate of ultra-soft titanium sponges has exceeded 30%,reaching an internationally advanced level.
