摘要
电弧炉炼钢工序较为复杂,需要合理进行加料控制,将投料控制融入到工艺中,保证加料过程的控制流程。基于此,文章以某炼钢企业电弧炉炼钢系统作为研究对象,从合金元素收得率、加料优化模型、一键加料控制等方面对加料系统的实现进行分析,保障加料系统能够满足设计要求。同时,对系统优化效果进行评价,保障加料系统具有稳定的控制条件。
The steelmaking process in electric arc furnaces is complex and requires efficient feeding control.Integration of feeding control into the process is crucial to ensure the smooth flow of the charging process.This article analyzes the implementation of a feeding system in the EAF steelmaking system of a specific steelmaking enterprise.It focuses on aspects such as alloy element recovery rate,feeding optimization models,and one-key feeding control to meet the design requirements of the feeding system.Additionally,the article evaluates the effects of the optimized system to ensure stable.control conditions for the feeding system.
