工程造价管理对于建筑工程来说至关重要,而工程成本预算及其管控措施又是造价管理的核心所在,这关系到建筑企业的资本营收效益。近年来新型建筑模式中的装配式建筑不断发展,这又对建筑工程成本管控标准提出了更为严苛的要求。文章就装配式建筑工程造价预算以及成本管控进行简要分析,并总结出具体管控措施。

Engineering cost management is crucial for construction projects,and cost budgeting and its control measures are the core of cost management,which is closely related to the capital revenue benefits of construction enterprises.In recent years,the continuous development of prefabricated buildings in new construction models has imposed even more stringent requirements on the standards of cost control in construction projects.This paper briefly analyzes the cost budget and cost control of prefabricated buildings and puts forward specific control measures for reference.Comments and suggestions are welcome.
