基于“互联网+”的三钢集团营销模式优化分析

摘要 本文基于对“互联网+”技术革命和思维创新的论述,通过对三钢集团传统营销模式及“互联网+钢铁企业”新营销模式的分析,提出三钢集团通过设立闽光云商,以闽光云商电子商务平台、智能仓储服务平台、智慧物流服务平台、供应链金融服务平台、大数据云平台等服务平台为基础,改革传统营销模式,从而推动集团从制造型企业到制造+服务型企业的战略转型。 Based on the discussion of"Internet plus"technological revolution and thinking innovation,and through the analysis of the traditional marketing model of Sangang Group and the new marketing model of"Internet plus Steel Enterprises",this paper proposes that Sangang Group,through the establishment of Minguang Cloud Commerce,is based on such service platforms as Minguang Cloud Commerce Platform,intelligent warehousing service platform,intelligent logistics service platform,supply chain financial service platform,Big data cloud platform,etc,Reform the traditional marketing model to promote the strategic transformation of the group from a manufacturing oriented enterprise to a manufacturing+service oriented enterprise.
