新医科背景下妇产科学教学改革的思考

现代科学的发展越来越依赖于不同学科之间的交叉与融合,“新医科”强调医学与理、工、文等多学科深度交叉融合,这不仅是学科革新的勇敢尝试,更是推动学科教学和医疗质量进一步提升的契机。妇产科学作为临床医学专业的主干课程之一,其教学质量、人才培养的效果不仅关乎我国妇幼保健事业的持续发展,更关系着数亿女性的健康。文章聚焦传统妇产科学教学中存在的突出问题,结合新医科理念,进一步思考新医科背景下妇产科学的教学改革,通过妇产科学与不同学科的有机融合进行教学内容的重塑、教学模式的重构以及教师团队的重建,构建“医+X”融合的妇产科教育教学培养体系,进而提升妇产科学教学质量,培养符合时代要求的复合型妇产科学人才。

The development of modern science increasingly depends on the intersection and integration of different disciplines.The new medical science emphasizes the deep intersection and integration of medicine and science,engineering,arts and other disciplines.This is not only a brave attempt of discipline innovation,but also an opportunity to promote the further improvement of discipline teaching and medical quality.As one of the main courses of clinical medicine,obstetrics and gynecology is not only related to the continuous development of maternal and child health care in China,but also related to the health of hundreds of millions of women.This article will focus on some prominent problems in the traditional teaching of obstetrics and gynecology,combine with the new medical concept,further consider the teaching reform of obstetrics and gynecology in the context of the new medical science.Consider how to reconstruct the teaching content,the teaching mode and the teacher team through the organic integration of obstetrics and gynecology and different disciplines,and build a"medicine+X"integrated teaching and training system of obstetrics and gynecology education,so as to improve the teaching quality and cultivate high-end talents of gynecology and obstetrics in line with the requirements of the times.
