多种教学方式在临床病理住院医师规范化培训中的应用

临床病理住院医师规范化培训是培养优秀病理医师的重要途径,对于提高医疗质量极为重要。在培训过程中以授课为导向的教学法(lecture-based learning,LBL)、以问题为导向的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)及基于胜任力的医学教育(competency-based medical education,CBME)等多种方式逐渐综合应用于教学中。文章分析了多种培养方式的优劣势,突出联合式教学的优势。LBL教学法具有节省教学资源,简捷和高效的优点,PBL和CBME教学法具有激发住院医师独立思考和创造力的优势。多种教学法的联合应用不仅能有效提高住院医师运用理论知识独立解决问题的能力,还可以培养住院医师的专业素能及良好的医德医风,有效提高临床病理规范化培训的教学效果。

Standardized training for clinical pathology resident physicians is an important way to cultivate excellent pathologists and is extremely important for improving medical quality.During the training process,various methods such as lecture based learning(LBL),problem based learning(PBL),and competency based medical education(CBME)have gradually been integrated into teaching.The article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various training methods,highlighting the advantages of collaborative teaching.The LBL teaching method has the advantages of saving teaching resources,being concise and efficient,while the PBL and CBME teaching methods have the advantages of stimulating independent thinking and creativity among resident physicians.The combined application of multiple teaching methods can not only effectively improve the ability of resident physicians to independently solve problems using theoretical knowledge,but also cultivate their professional skills and good medical ethics,effectively improving the teaching effectiveness of standardized clinical pathology training.
