摘要
住院医师规范化培训(简称“住培”)与提升各级医院医疗教学水平密切相关,影响医疗健康事业的可持续发展。目前接受住培的住院医师来源复杂,住培前其所掌握的理论知识及技能操作水平差别较大。传统教学模式培养的肾脏内科医疗工作者无法满足当前医疗卫生事业的需求。在肾内科住培教学改革中引入以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)联合以案例为基础的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)的分层教学法,分析PBL联合CBL的分层教学法在肾脏内科住培中的意义,并针对PBL联合CBL的分层教学法的教学实践步骤进行初步探讨。
The standardized training of resident doctors is associated with the overall quality of hospitals development,and the sustainable development of medical and health undertakings.The sources of resident doctors who are undergoing the standardized training are complex,and the base of the theoretical knowledge and skill operation level of resident doctors are quite different.The medical staff in the department of the nephrology trained from the traditional teaching mode can not meet the demand for high-quality talents in the current medical and health cause.The teaching method of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with case-based learning(CBL)based on hierarchical training is introduced into the teaching practice of standardized training of resident doctors in the department of nephrology.The significance of this method is analyzed,and the practical steps of this method were also preliminarily discussed.
