PBL联合临床先导教学法在《康复评定技术》教学中的应用

摘要 目的 探讨在《康复评定技术》教学中应用问题导向学习(problem-based learning,PBL)联合临床先导教学法双轨教学模式的教学效果。方法 随机选取2021年9月—2022年11月于海南卫生健康职业学院康复治疗技术专业就读的80名学生,以双盲法分为两组,其中40名接受传统教学模式的学生为对照组,其他40名接受PBL联合临床先导教学法双轨教学模式的学生为试验组,待教学课程完成后对学生的教学成果进行考核,对比学生的实践技能成绩和理论考试成绩,同时制定调查问卷收集学生对教学模式的满意度。结果 相较于对照组,试验组在理论考试中的病例分析、简答应用、选择应用的得分均更高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);相较于对照组,试验组理论考试和实践技能考试的总成绩和成绩优秀率均更高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);相较于对照组,试验组除团队协作能力外其他教学满意度各项指标均更高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论PBL联合临床先导教学法双轨教学模式在《康复评定技术》教学中的应用效果显著,可弥补传统教学模式的不足,提高教学的整体质量,不仅有助于学生学习成绩的提高,还能够增加学生对教学的满意度。 Objective To explore the teaching effect of the double track teaching mode of problem-oriented learning(PBL)combined with observation teaching discussion in Rehabilitation Assessment Technology.Methods A total of 80 students enrolled in the rehabilitation treatment technology major of Hainan Health Vocational College from September 2021 to November 2022 were randomly selected.They were divided into two groups by double-blind method.Among them,a total of 40 students who accepted the traditional teaching mode were selected as the control group,and the remaining 40 students who accepted the dual-track teaching mode of the PBL combined with observation teaching discussion were selected as the experimental group.After the teaching course was completed,the teaching results of the students were evaluated.By comparing the students'practical skill scores and theoretical test scores,the evaluation was conducted,and a questionnaire was developed to collect students'satisfaction with the teaching model.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group scored higher in case analysis,simple consent and application selection in theoretical examination,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total score and excellent rate of the theoretical test and practical skill test in the experimental group were higher,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,all indicators of teaching satisfaction in the experimental group were higher except for teamwork ability,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The dual-track teaching mode of PBL combined with observation teaching discussion has a significant effect in the teaching of Rehabilitation Assessment Technology,which can make up for the shortcomings of the traditional teaching mode and improve the overall quality of teaching,not only helping to improve students'academic performance,but also increasing students'satisfaction with teaching.
