摘要
目的 探讨基于雨课堂的形成性评价在临床技能课程中的实践效果。方法 选取2021年9月—2022年3月盘锦辽油宝石花医院2017级60名临床医学实习生为教学对象,按照班级随机抽取分为对照组和试验组,每组各30名。对照组采用终结性评价,试验组在终结性评价的基础上引入基于雨课堂的形成性评价。对比两组学生的技能考试成绩、教学满意度,并对比调查教师对两组学生的评价情况。结果 试验组学生病史采集、体格检查、心肺复苏技能操作分数及总分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。试验组学生预习及复习、课堂活跃度优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。试验组学生在提高技能课学习兴趣、提高知识点掌握程度、提高技能掌握能力、提高临床思维分析能力、提高技能学习重视程度5个方面的教学满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于雨课堂的形成性评价可提高学生临床技能操作分数,提高学生教学满意度,提升学生课堂表现。
Objective To explore the application of formative assessment based on rain class in clinical skills.Methods From September 2021 to March 2022,a total of 60 clinical medical interns of grade 2017 in Panjin Liaoyou Gem Flower Hospital were selected as teaching objects,and randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to different classes,with 30 interns in each group.In the control group,summative evaluation was adopted,while in the experimental group,formative evaluation based on rain class was adopted.The skill test scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared,and the teachers'evaluation of the two groups of students was compared.Results The scores of medical history collection,physical examination,cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills and total scores of students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rates of preview,review and class activity in experimental group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the students in the test group was higher than that in the control group in five aspects:improving the learning interest of skill courses,improving the mastery of knowledge points,improving the ability to master skills,improving the ability to analyze clinical thinking,and improving the emphasis on skill learning,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Formative evaluation based on rain classroom can improve students'clinical skill operation scores,enhance their satisfaction with teaching,and enhance their classroom performance.
