摘要
目的 探讨妇检三维动画是否有助于提高妇科临床教学中学生对妇检的掌握程度。方法 2021年3—5月,选择在中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院妇科临床见习的医学本科生90名,随机分成两组,每组45名,试验组采用传统教学结合三维动画的妇检教学方法,对照组仅采用传统的妇检教学方法,见习结束时通过妇科检查评分量表对学生进行妇检操作考核评价,采用自制的学生教学满意度调查问卷,对两种学习方法的满意度进行评价。结果在见习结束的妇科检查考核中,试验组的妇科检查考核评分和教学满意度总得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。教学满意度调查问卷得分上教师教学、学习兴趣两项得分差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。在学习满意度、自我掌握评价上,试验组学生的评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 结合三维动画的妇检教学方法效果优于传统的妇检教学方法,该方法有助于提高医学生对妇检的掌握程度。
Objective To explore whether the three-dimensional animation of gynecological examination improves the mastery of gynecological examination for medical students.Methods From March to May 2021,a total of 90 medical undergraduate students who underwent clinical internships in the department of gynecology,Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University were randomly divided into two groups,with 45 students in each group.The experimental group was taught with gynecological examinations using traditional teaching combined with 3D animation,while the control group was taught with gynecological examinations using traditional methods.At the end of the internship,students were assessed and evaluated for gynecological examination procedures using a gynecological examination rating scale.A self-made student teaching satisfaction survey questionnaire was used to evaluate the satisfaction of the two learning methods.Results In the gynecological examination assessment at the end of the internship,the gynecological examination assessment score and total teaching satisfaction score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of teacher teaching and learning interest in the teaching satisfaction survey questionnaire(P>0.05).In terms of learning satisfaction and self-assessment,the scores of the experimental group students were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching method of gynecological examination combined with 3D animation is more effective than traditional gynecological examination teaching methods,and this method helps to improve the mastery of gynecological examination among medical students.
