骨科专业学位硕士研究生住院医师规范化培训现状分析

Analysis on the Status Quo of Standardized Training for Resident Doctors of Orthopaedic Postgraduates

骨科专业学位硕士研究生与住院医师规范化培训“双轨合一”的医学教育培养模式已经实施多年,显著提高了骨科医师培养的标准化和规范化,为临床输送了大量的优秀青年医师,进一步推动了骨科的学科发展。但是,在骨科专业学位硕士研究生参加住院医师规范化培训的过程中依旧存在一些问题,制约着住培质量的进一步提升。文章分析了联勤保障部队第九四〇医院骨科专业学位硕士研究生住培现状与问题,结合自身实际情况,提出针对性解决措施,切实不断提高骨科专业学位硕士研究生住院医师规范化培训质量。

The training mode of"double-track integration"that for orthopaedic postgraduates to take participate in the standardized training of residents has been carried out for many years,which have improved the standardization and normalization of the training,send a large number of excellent young orthopaedic surgeons for clinical practice,and have further promoted the development of orthopaedic discipline.However,there are still some problems in the process of attending the standardized training of resident doctors for orthopaedic postgraduates,which restrict the further improvement of the quality of the training.This paper summarizes the problems and current situation in the process of training for orthopedics postgraduates of Joint Logistic Support Force 940 Hospital of PLA,in order to put forward targeted solutions based on the actual situation of resident training base,and improve the quality of standardized training for resident doctors of orthopaedic postgraduates continuously.
