思政教育融入医学人才培养是当今医学教育的必然趋势。深入有效推动思政教育与专业教育融合,实现专业思政已成为高校全面提高人才培养质量的重要任务。文章以临床实习教学为载体,深入探讨各章节不同教学内容、教学场景的课程思政具体设计和实施方法,并借助教学实践中学生满意度调查结果分析,反思了进一步课程优化、改革的方向。课程设计以爱国情怀、民族自信、社会责任等作为价值引领,把科学精神、职业道德、人文素养等元素融入教学,提出了眼科学典型思政资源库的建设路径;充分发挥导师小组模式在时间和空间安排上灵活的优势,发展了叙事、问题式、团队为基础学习和辩论式等多元方法的创新应用;旨在实现专业知识与课程思政同向同行,协同打造全方位育人环境,培养全面发展的高素质医学人才。

The integration of ideological and political education into the cultivation of medical talents is an inevitable trend in today's medical education.Deeply and effectively promoting the integration of ideological and political education with professional education,and achieving professional ideological and political education has become an important task for universities to comprehensively improve the quality of talent cultivation.The article takes clinical internship teaching as a carrier to deeply explore the specific design and implementation methods of ideological and political courses in different teaching contents and scenarios in each chapter.With the analysis of the satisfaction survey results of students in teaching practice,it reflects on the direction of further curriculum optimization and reform.The curriculum design is guided by values such as patriotism,national confidence,and social responsibility,integrating elements such as scientific spirit,professional ethics,and humanistic literacy into teaching,and proposing the construction path of a typical ideological and political resource library in ophthalmology.Fully leveraging the flexible advantages of the mentor group model in time and space arrangements,innovative applications of diverse methods such as narrative,problem-based,team based learning,and debate have been developed.ff Intended to achieve the synergy between professional knowledge and ideological and political education courses,collaborate to create a comprehensive educational environment,and cultivate high-quality medical talents with comprehensive development.
