信息化系统在住院医师规范化培训管理中的应用探讨

Exploration and Discussion on the Application of Information System in the Management of Resident Standardization Training

住院医师规范化培训是医学生成长为合格临床医生的至关重要的阶段,是医疗人才培养的长效机制,关系到未来整个医院的医疗质量和医疗水平。随着住院医师规范化培训工作在全国范围内的推行,学员人数不断增加,给日常的管理工作带来了巨大挑战。现有管理方式在实际工作中存在管理效率低、信息更新不及时等问题,因此,有必要借助信息化手段和技术对其进行科学管理,提高教育管理水平和培训质量。文章分析了现有住院医师规范化培训管理中的不足之处,通过走访国内其他住院医师规范化培训基地交流管理经验,提出了信息化管理应具备的基本功能模块,经临床带教老师及住培学员的长时间使用得到了较为理想的管理成果,笔者结合华中科技大学协和深圳医院住院医师规范化培训信息化系统的使用现状与经验总结,探讨基层医院在住院医师规范化培训管理工作中信息化系统平台的应用,为住院医师规范化培训提供参考。

Standardized resident training is a crucial stage for medical students to grow into qualified clinicians.It is a long-term mechanism for medical talent training.It is related to the medical quality and medical level of the whole hospital in the future.With the implementation of standardized resident training nationwide,the number of students is increasing,which has brought great challenges to the daily management.The existing management methods have some problems in practical work,such as low management efficiency and untimely information update.Therefore,it is necessary to scientifically manage them with the help of information means and technology to improve the level of education management and training quality.This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the existing standardized training management of residents.By visiting other standardized training bases of residents in China to exchange management experience,this paper puts forward the basic functional modules that should be possessed by information management.After long-term use by clinical teaching teachers and students,it has achieved ideal management,combined with the current situation and experience of the standardized training information system for residents in this unit,the author preliminarily discusses the application of the information system platform in the standardized training management of residents in grass-roots hospitals,it provides reference for the standardized training of resident doctors.
