住院医师规范化培训质量提升的实践与探讨 被引量:3

摘要 培训质量是住院医师规范化培训(简称“住培”)的生命线,在住培制度日趋完整、培养方式逐渐规范的情况下,如何提升住院医师规范化培训质量,是住培新阶段的重要任务。长沙市中心医院作为首批国家级住院医师规范化培训基地,经过多年的实践探索,针对住培提质的难点、堵点,采取了一系列措施。从严抓入院教育、注重住培全过程管理、组建轮转科室住培教学小组、重视师资培训、强化院级督导、实行住培导师制度、严格制定并执行轮转计划、分时多段开展技能培训、进行科室教学绩效评价、组织问卷调查、开展评优评先、提高住培待遇等多方面着手,取得了较好的效果。 Training quality is the lifeline of standardized training for resident physicians,and how to improve the quality of standardized training for resident physicians is an important task in the new stage of residency training when the residential training system is becoming more and more complete and the training methods are gradually standardized.Changsha Central Hospital,as the first batch of national-level standardized training bases for resident doctors,after years of practical exploration,has adopted a series of measures in view of the difficulties and blocking points of residential training and quality improvement.By strictly grasp the entry into training education,pay attention to the management of the whole process of residential training,set up the residential training teaching team of rotating departments,attach great importance to teacher training,strengthen the supervision of the hospital,implement the residential training tutor system,strictly formulate and implement the rotation training plan,carry out skills training in multiple stages,conduct the teaching performance evaluation of departments,organize questionnaires,carry out the evaluation of excellence,and improve the treatment of residential training.Good results have been obtained.
