摘要
有机聚合物消光剂与二氧化硅无机消光剂相比,对干膜的延展性影响小、耐划伤性能高,是高档的亚光材料,具有很广阔的应用前景。本文利用乳液聚合法合成聚苯乙烯微球并对其消光性能进行研究。探索了聚苯乙烯微球制备过程中反应温度、反应时间、搅拌速度、乳化剂和引发剂用量等对聚苯乙烯微球的影响,测定了合成的聚苯乙烯微球的消光性能。试验表明,当乳化剂用量5%,引发剂用量0.5%,聚合温度75℃,搅拌速度为300r/min,反应时间为6h时,可以合成具有良好消光性能的聚苯乙烯微球。
Compared with silica inorganic extinction agent,organic polymer extinction agent has litle influence on dry film ductility and high scratch resistance.It is a high-grade matte material and has great application pros-pect.This paper explored the synthesis of polystyrene microspheres and studies their extinction properties.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,strring speed,emulsifier and initiator dosage in the preparation of polystyrene microsphere were explored,and the extinction properties of the synthesized polystyrene microspheres Swere determined.Experiments show that polystyrene microspheres with good matting properties can be synthesized when the amount of emulsifier is 5%,the initiator is 0.5%,the polymerization temperature is 75℃,stirring speed is 300 r/min,and the reaction time is 6 h.
