Comparative Analysis and Discussion of Rubber Sole Abrasion Test Methods

橡胶鞋底耐磨性是鞋类产品质量的核心要素,对产品寿命和性能具有直接影响。本文介绍三种鞋底耐磨性能测试方法,分别为阿克隆磨耗、DIN磨耗和磨痕长度测试,通过对不同含胶率鞋底橡胶样品进行磨耗测试,分析含胶率对鞋底磨耗性能的影响,进一步验证三种磨耗测试方法的关联性。结果表明,在仪器设备、操作人员固定的情况下,三种磨耗试验方法测试结果呈正相关性。

The wear resistance of rubber shoe soles is a core element of footwear products,which has a direct im-pact on product life and performance.This study introduced three methods of abrasion,including Akron abrasion,DIN abrasion,and sole abrasion length measurement.Through the abrasion test of samples with different adhesive content,the influence of rubber content on the abrasion performance of shoe soles was analyzed,and the correlation of the three abrasion test methods were further discussed.The results show that there is a positive correlation between the results obtained by different test methods when the same operator performs the test on the same brand of equipment.
