摘要
为分析鞋垫刚度对跑步过程中人体下肢生物力学特征影响,定制了4种不同弯曲刚度鞋垫(低、中、较高、高),筛选20位具有一定跑步经验的20岁男性大学生为研究对象,借助Vicon三维动作捕捉系统等装置对其穿着不同刚度鞋垫时,人体下肢踝关节运动学、动力学等情况进行分析。结果表明,鞋垫的弯曲刚度并不是越大/越小越好,选择适中或较高弯曲刚度的鞋垫通常能够保证最佳运动学、动力学指标,还能一定程度上保证鞋垫的舒适性.
In order to analyze the influence of insole stiffness on the biomechanical characteristics of human lower limbs during running,four kinds of insole with different flexural stffness(low,medium,high and high)were cus-tomized.Twenty 20-year-old male college students with certain running experience were selected as the research ob-jects,and the kinematics and dynamics of the lower limbs and ankles of them wearing different stiffness insoles were analyzed with the help of Vicon 3D motion capture system and other devices.The results show that the greater or smal-ler the bending stiffness of the insole is not the better,and the choice of moderate or high bending stiffness of the in-sole can usually ensure the best kinematic and dynamic indexes,and also ensure the comfort of the insole to a certain extent.
