静音篮球用减震降噪合成革材料的制备方法

摘要 针对传统篮球所用皮革材料消音效果差、运动噪声大及减震性能不佳等问题,设计了基于减震降噪合成革材料的静音篮球。将聚氨酯树脂、发泡剂、水溶性酚醛树脂粘结剂等作为制备材料,以聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、1,4一丁二醇为原料,制作了聚氨酯树脂,获得具有较好弹性与耐磨性的合成革材料。将该材料应用于静音篮球制作,经聚氨酯树脂涂料性能测试、合成革力学性能分析,显示制备的减振降噪合成革材料较传统合成革材料有更高的撕裂强度、拉伸强度及断裂伸长率。篮球撞击地面声音减弱,降低了冲击噪声强度。 A silent basketball based on shock-absorbing and noise reducing synthetic leather material was designed to address the issues of poor sound attenuation,high sports noise,and poor shock absorption performance used in tra-ditional basketball.Polyurethane resin,foaming agent,water-soluble phenolic resin binder,etc.were used as prepa-ration materials,and polytetrahydrofuran ether glycol and 1,4-butanediol were used as raw materials to produce poly-urethane resin.Synthetic leather materials with good elasticity and wear resistance were obtained.Applying it to the production of silent basketball,performance testing of polyurethane resin coatings and analysis of the mechanical prop-erties of synthetic leather show that the prepared vibration and noise reduction synthetic leather material has higher tear strength,tensile strength,and elongation at break compared to traditional synthetic leather materials.The sound of basketball hitting the ground is reduced,reducing the impact noise intensity.
