防污运动鞋用超细纤维合成革生产方法与关键技术 被引量:1

摘要 超细纤维合成革类似于天然皮革,外观、性能与天然皮革高度相似,拥有良好的发展潜力与广阔的应用前景,但耐磨性与防污性相对较差。为有效优化运动鞋防污性能,本文针对性解析了运动鞋用超细纤维合成革生产方法与关键技术。结果表明,防污运动鞋用超细纤维合成革与天然皮革外观、手感、柔软度、耐褶皱性相接近,而透水汽性优于聚氨酯人造革等常用帮面材料;防污运动鞋用超细纤维合成革耐磨性、耐折性、撕裂性、拉伸性等力学性能优越,可满足防污运动鞋帮面制作材料要求;防污运动鞋用超细纤维合成革防污性能优异,可确保运动鞋兼具防污性与防水透湿性。 Microfiber synthetic leather is similar to natural leather in appearance and performance.It has good development potential and broad application prospects,but its abrasion resistance and antifouling proper-ty are relatively poor.In order to improve the antifouling property of sport shoes,this paper analyzed the pro-duction methods and key technologies of microfiber leather for sport shoes.The results show that the appear-ance,hand feel,softness and wrinkle resistance of microfiber synthetic leather for anti sewage sport shoes are similar to those of natural leather,while the water vapor permeability is better than that of polyurethane artifi-cial leather and other commonly used upper materials.The microfiber synthetic leather used for anti pollution sport shoes has excellent mechanical properties such as abrasion resistance,folding resistance,tearing resist-ance,and tensile property,which can meet the requirements of the upper materials for anti pollution sport shoes.The microfiber synthetic leather used for anti sewage sport shoes has excellent antifouling performance,which can ensure that sport shoes have both antifouling and waterprof moisture permeability.
