户外体育运动装备用复合型聚氨酯改性制备及性能分析

摘要 聚醚型聚氨酯鞋底耐水解、耐霉变、耐用性好,采用该材料对聚碳型聚氨酯进行改性,以改善复合型聚氨酯存在的不利于热熔胶贴合加工的问题,同时提升其耐磨性能。水性聚氨酯无毒、无污染、阻燃还便于清洁,是非常理想的服装革材料,采用超纤革基布复合水性聚氨酯制得服装用超细纤维水性合成革,并进行力学性能、保暖性能和透湿、透气性能的测试,以期促进复合型聚氨酯材料在高性能户外体育运动鞋服中的应用。结果表明:当聚醚型聚氨酯含量在60%左右时,复合型聚氨酯的耐磨性能较好,热熔胶贴合强度达85 N/cm3;试验制备的复合型水性服装革透气性和保暖性还有待改善,抗张强度、抗撕裂强度和透湿性能优良,可满足运动鞋服市场要求。 Polyether polyurethane soles are resistant to hydrolysis,mildew and good durability.This material is used to modify polyurethane,which is not conducive to hot melt adhesive processing of composite polyurethane,and improve its wear resistance.Waterborne polyurethane is non-toxic,non-pollution,flame retardant and easy to clean,it is a very ideal clothing leather material.Microfiber water-based synthetic leather for clothing was prepared by using microfiber leather base cloth composite waterborne polyurethane,and the mechanical properties,thermal properties,moisture permeability and air permeability were tested,in order to promote the application of composite polyurethane materials in high-performance outdoor sports shoes.The results show that when the content of polyether polyurethane is about 60%,the wear resistance of composite polyurethane is better,and the adhesion strength of hot melt adhesive reaches 85 N/cm^(3).The air permeability and warmth retention of the composite waterborne garment leather prepared by the test need to be improved,and the tensile strength,tear strength and moisture permeability are excellent,which can meet the market requirements of sports shoes and clothing.
