摘要
为明确中国梨喀木虱(Cacopsylla chinensis YangetLi)的主要感受器类型和分布情况,利用扫描电子显微镜观察了中国梨喀木虱夏型成虫触角、足及腹部末端的主要感器形态、分布和数量。结果表明:该虫主要有5种类型的感器,分别为毛形感器、刺形感器、锥形感器、栓锥形感器和刚毛形感器;触角柄节具有少量刺形感器,鞭节着生长毛形感器和多数短毛形感器,其中第2、4、7、8亚鞭节各着生1个栓锥形感器;足部密布毛形感器及细小的锥形感器,其中跗节和前跗节有长毛形感器、刺形感器以及多数短毛形感器;雌虫和雄虫腹部末端密布长毛形感器。
In order to clarify the sensilla type and distribution of Cacopsyllachinensis adults,scanning electron microscope(SEM)was used to study the morphology,distribution and number of sensilla on antenna,legs and terminal abdomen.The results showed that there were five kinds of sensilla on the adults,including sensilla trichodea(ST),sensilla chaetica(SC),sensilla basiconca(SB),sensilla styloconica(SSt)and sensilla chaeta(SCh).Few sensilla chaetica were observed on the scape,some long and short sensilla trichodea were found on the flagellum and there was a sensilla styloconica on each of the second,fourth,seventh and eighth flagellomere.The legs were densely packed with sensilla trichodea and little sensilla basiconca,with long sensilla trichodea,sensilla chaetica and many short sensilla trichodea on the tarsus and pretarsus.The terminal abdomen of female and male were fully covered with numerous long sensilla trichodea.
