不同果袋对阳光玫瑰葡萄果锈形成及酚类物质的影响

Effects of different fruit bags on fruit russet formation and phenolic substances in‘Shine Muscat’grape

摘要 以4年生阳光玫瑰葡萄为试验材料,于盛花后50 d开始套白纸袋、绿纸袋、三色纸袋和透明微孔塑料袋,以不套袋作为对照,研究不同果袋对阳光玫瑰葡萄果锈形成及酚类物质的影响。结果表明:套袋可以降低阳光玫瑰葡萄的果锈指数,其中套绿纸袋的果锈指数低于5%;果实成熟期不套袋对照果皮的木质素、总酚、总黄酮、黄酮醇、黄烷醇含量以及没食子酸、表儿茶素、绿原酸、丁香酸、咖啡酸、槲皮苷、香豆酸和阿魏酸8种酚组分含量均显著高于套袋处理,表明套袋均可降低果皮中酚类化合物及酚组分的含量。综合比较发现,套绿纸袋可显著降低果皮中木质素、酚类化合物及酚组分的含量,减少果锈形成的效果最好。 Four-year-old‘Shine Muscat’grape was used as experimental material.On the 50th day after anthesis,white paper bags,green paper bags,three-color bags and transparent microporous bags were applied,and no bags were used as control.The effects of different fruit bags on the formation of fruit russet and phenolic substances in‘Shine Muscat’grape were studied.The results showed that bagging could reduce the fruit russet index of‘Shine Muscat’grape,and the fruit russet index of green bags was lower than 5%.The contents of lignin,total phenols,total flavonoids,flavonols and flavanols,as well as the contents of gallic acid,epicatechin,chlorogenic acid,eugenic acid,caffeic acid,quercetin,coumaric acid and ferulic acid in non-bagged fruit peel were significantly higher than those in other treatments,indicating that bagging could reduce the contents of phenolic compounds and phenolic components in fruit peel.The results showed that green paper bags could significantly reduce the content of lignin,phenolic compounds and phenolic components in pericarp,and had the best effect on reducing the formation of russet.
