“岗课赛证融通”人才培养模式研究——以应用电子技术专业为例

Research on the Talent Training Model of"Post Course Competition and Certificate Integration"-Taking the Applied Electronic Technology Major as an Example

随着社会经济的发展和技术进步,电子技术已成为现代社会不可或缺的一部分。应用电子技术专业作为电子技术领域的重要专业之一,其人才培养模式的研究和改革具有重要意义。本文通过分析当前应用电子技术专业人才培养中存在的问题,提出了“岗课赛证融通”人才培养模式,即在课堂教学中注重实践与理论的结合,加强对学生实践能力的培养,通过岗位实习和赛事竞赛的方式提高学生的综合素质和职业能力,强化证书考核和学历教育的联动,提升学生的学习动力和成长空间。本文以应用电子技术专业为例,对“岗课赛证融通”人才培养模式进行探讨,并对该模式在应用电子技术专业人才培养中的实践效果进行了评估。

With the development of social economy and technological progress,electronic technology has become an indispensable part of modern society.As one of the important majors in the field of electronic technology,the research and reform of talent cultivation mode in the field of applied electronic technology is of great significance.This article analyzes the current problems in the cultivation of talents in the field of applied electronic technology,and proposes a talent cultivation model of"post course competition certificate integration",which emphasizes the combination of practice and theory in classroom teaching,strengthens the cultivation of students'practical abilities,improves students'comprehensive quality and professional abilities through job internships and competition competitions,and strengthens the linkage between certificate assessment and academic education,Enhance students'learning motivation and growth space.This article takes the applied electronic technology major as an example to explore the talent cultivation mode of"post course competition and certificate integration",and evaluates the practical effect of this mode in the talent cultivation of applied electronic technology major.
