精细考虑时刻间净负荷波动不确定性的机组组合

摘要 在以往对净负荷不确定性的研究中,往往从时刻点的角度对净负荷不确定性进行刻画,如对时刻点上的不确定性采用概率分布或区间描述,对时刻间净负荷波动过程的不确定性研究相对较少。为此,针对时刻间净负荷波动过程的不确定性,从净负荷波动幅值和波动速度2个方面,挖掘并刻画净负荷极端波动轨线,提出精细考虑时刻间净负荷波动不确定性的机组组合模型。对时刻间的净负荷波动,发掘出4种时刻间净负荷极端波动轨线。系统只要应对这4条极端波动轨线,就能保证其对时刻间净负荷波动的鲁棒应对,从而避免过于激进的结果。与此同时,各种净负荷极端波动轨线下的支路潮流约束均被考虑,保证了净负荷波动所需备用的可传递性。算例分析表明:所提模型能够更合理地配置净负荷波动所需的机组爬坡能力,保证极端波动下的电力系统安全经济运行。 In previous studies,the uncertainty of net load is often characterized from the time point.For example,the uncertainty at the time point can be described by probability distribution function or interval,and there are relatively few researches on the uncertainty of the net load fluctuation process between adjacent periods.Aiming at the uncertainty of the net load fluctuation process between adjacent periods,this paper explores and characterizes the extreme net load fluctuation trajectories from fluctuation quantity and fluctuation speed,and proposes a unit commitment model that considers the uncertainty of the net load fluctuation between adjacent periods.The net load fluctuations between adjacent periods are described by four kinds of extreme net load fluctuation trajectories to ensure a robust response to net load fluctuation between adjacent periods,avoiding overly aggressive results.Meanwhile,the power flow constraints under the extreme fluctuation trajectories are also included in the model to ensure the deliverability of the reserve required for net load fluctuations.Case studies show that the model proposed in this paper can more reasonably allocate the unit climbing capacity required by net load fluctuation,and can ensure the safe and economic operation of the power system under extreme fluctuation.
