摘要
以龙泉宝溪瓷土和紫金土为坯釉主要原料,通过XRF、XRD、DTA-TG对青瓷原矿的化学组成、晶相和差热进行分析;利用SEM对原矿成瓷显微结构进行观察。结果表明:通过原矿免淘洗全利用制备的青瓷,在1280℃还原气氛烧成温度下,瓷坯中的主晶相是莫来石和部分游离石英,以及少量的气孔和玻璃相,莫来石的存在可有效地减少样品的高温变形。
Longquan Baoxi porcelain clay and purple clay are used as the main raw materials of porcelain body and glaze,the chemical composition,crystal phase,differential thermal analysis and thermogravimetry of the raw celadon ore was studied and analyzed by XRF,XRD,and DTA-TG.The microstructure o the sintered porcelain was observed by SEM.The results show that the main crystal phases in the sintered porcelain body are mullite and free quartz,as well as a small amount of porosity and glassy phases in a reducing atmosphere glaze at 1280 C of firing temperature.The presence of mullite effectively reduces the deformation of the sample..
