摘要
为实现对316L不锈钢表面污染物清洗,文中采用激光清洗表面处理方法去除污染层。通过设计正交试验,探究了纳秒光纤激光清洗过程中工艺参数对316L不锈钢表面粗糙度及去污厚度的影响,随后详细探究了清洗次数对试件表面粗糙度、形貌、组织及硬度的影响。结果表明:316L不锈钢的最佳激光清洗工艺参数为15次、功率为500 W、重复频率为25 kHz、扫描频率为115 Hz、移动速度为1 mm/s,试样表层相变形成1.874μm厚表层结构。
In this article,the surface-treatment method of laser cleaning is used to clean the surface contaminants of the 316L stainless steel.The orthogonal experiments are designed,in order to explore the effects of the processing parameters on the surface roughness and the decontamination thickness of the 316L stainless steel in the process of nanosecond-fiber laser cleaning.Then,the effects of cleaning times on the surface roughness,morphology,microstructure and hardness of the sample are explored in detail.The results show that the best laser-cleaning processing parameters of the 316L stainless steel are the cleaning times of 15,the power 500 W,the repetition frequency 25 kHz,the scanning frequency 115 Hz and the moving speed 1 mm/s;the surface phase transformation of the sample forms a 1.874μm-thick surface structure.
