基于有限元分析方法的吊钩式传感器优化设计与试验分析 被引量:1

摘要 随着现代铁路物流的发展,集装箱运输成为铁路物流发展的主要方向,正面起重机在吊装集装箱时具有机动性强、作业效率高、操作简便等优点,被广泛应用于铁路货场集装箱作业中。文中结合正面起重机吊钩结构特征设计集装箱超偏载检测系统所需的吊钩式传感器,实现集装箱称重、超偏载检测和吊装为一体的结构形式。结合正面起重机作业过程、吊钩在吊运集装箱过程中的受力特征和吊钩使用年限要求,进行吊钩传感器结构设计和寿命预测,并采用有限元分析方法,优化结构参数、验算结构强度和估计使用寿命。通过试验验证,设计加工的传感器结构合理,结构强度和精度满足要求,该方法的应用为吊钩式传感器设计、加工和维护提供一种新的应用方案。 With the development of modern railway logistics,container transportation has become the main direction of the development of railway logistics.Reach stacker have strong mobility,high efficiency and easy operation when lifting containers,and are widely used in railway freight yard container operations.This paper combines the structural characteristics of the reach stacker to design the hook sensor required by the container overload and unbalanced load detection system.Hook type sensor realizes container weighing,over-unbalanced load detection and hoisting.Combining the operation process of the reach stacker,the force characteristics of the hook in the process of lifting the container and the requirements of the hook service life,the structure and life prediction of the hook sensor are designed.At the same time,the finite element analysis method is used to optimize the structural parameters,checking structural strength and service life of the sensor.Through the experimental verification,the sensor designed and processed in this paper has a reasonable structure,and the strength and accuracy meet the requirements.The application of this method provides a new solution for the design,processing and maintenance of the hook sensor.
