帘线参数对橡胶空气弹簧垂向刚度的影响研究

摘要 采用ABAQUS软件建立了某型号橡胶双曲囊式空气弹簧的有限元模型。从囊体材料、几何形状、材料接触及气固耦合作用方面论述了空气弹簧的非线性特性,并对双曲囊式空气弹簧的垂向弹性特性进行了灵敏度分析。首先,运用正交实验法设计了空气弹簧弹性特性实验,研究了帘线参数对双曲囊式空气弹簧垂向弹性特性的影响;其次,运用极差分析及方差分析法对帘线层的各项参数进行了优化设计。结果表明:帘线层数对空气弹簧垂向刚度影响最为显著;帘线角度对空气弹簧垂向刚度也有一定的影响;弹性模量、帘线间距和帘线半径对空气弹簧垂向刚度影响较小。 In this article,the finite-element model of the rubber hyperbolic-bladder air spring is set up with the help of the ABAQUS sofware.The air spring's non-linear characteristics are explored from the aspects of capsule material,geometry,material contact and gas-solid coupling,and its vertical elastic characteristics are subject to the sensitivity analysis.Firstly,efforts are made to explore the hyperbolic-bladder air spring's elastic characteristics by means of the orthogonal experimental method and analyze the influence of the cord parameters on the air spring's vertical elastic characteristics;Secondly,the range analysis and the variance analysis are used to optimize the parameters of the cord layer.The results show that the number of cord layers has the most significant effect on the air spring's vertical stiffness;the cord angle also has certain influence on the air spring's vertical stiffness;Elastic modulus,cord spacing and cord radius have little effect on the air spring's vertical stffness.
