新工科机械类创新人才培养模式下实践教学体系构建 被引量:1

摘要 新时代、新工科建设背景下,机械工程专业需要培养能够创新性地开展机械产品设计制造、技术开发服务及生产组织管理等能力的高层次复合型人才。因此,需要研究具有特色的、系统性的机械专业产-学-研多元育人的创新型人才培养模式,围绕“项目-课程-实践”进行全方位教学改革,实施“项目驱动、产教融合”的协同合作教学、“案例导向、多维互动”的一流基础课程改革和“综合创新、全面开放”的创新实践教学育人模式。以工程素质教育和创新能力培养为核心,促进产学研结合,构建实践教学体系,搭建校企合作桥梁,建设创新实践平台,培养一批高水平教学科研师资队伍,综合提升机械专业学生的创新思维、动手能力和工程实践意识。 In the context of new engineering in this new era,mechanical engineering calls for the cultivation of high-level interdisciplinary talents who can creatively carry out design and manufacturing of mechanical products,provide service in technical development,as well as do well in production organization and management.Therefore,it is necessary to seek for a model of cultivating talents,with distinctive and systematic characteristics in the diversified education of mechanical majors in industry,academia,and research.Efforts should be made to conduct all-round teaching reforms with focus on"project-curriculum-practice".Firstly,collaborative teaching is encouraged with"project driven,industry-education integration";Secondly,the first-class basic courses are transformed toward"case oriented,multi-dimensional interaction";thirdly,the model of creative teaching and practice is set up with the purpose of"comprehensive innovation,comprehensive openness".With high-quality engineering education and innovative ability cultivation as the core,efforts are made to promote the integration of industry,academia,and research,construct the practical teaching system,build a bridge for the cooperation between schools and enterprises,set up a platform of innovative practice,cultivate high-level professionals in teaching and research,as well as comprehensively improve innovative thinking,hands-on ability,and awareness in engineering practice of students majoring in mechanics.
