基于主客观因素组合赋权的核酸提取仪界面设计人机可靠性评价

摘要 针对核酸提取仪人机界面的人机可靠性评价问题,提出了基于主客观因素组合赋权的定量评价方法。根据标准化工厂分析风险人的可靠性分析(Standardized Plant Analysis Risk Human Reliability Analysis, SPAR-H)方法,构建了核酸提取仪界面设计人机可靠性评价体系;将优劣解距离法(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution, TOPSIS)和引入基尼系数的客观赋权法(Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation, CRITIC)相结合,组合赋权评价体系中的各性能影响因子;通过权重值修正性能影响因子的水平乘数,使其更适于核酸提取仪界面设计人机可靠性评价;通过实例及统计学检验方法,验证了基于主客观因素组合赋权所构建的核酸提取仪界面设计人机可靠性评价体系具有可靠性。 A quantitative evaluation method based on the combination of subjective and objective factors was proposed to aim at the evaluate the human-machine reliability for the human-machine interface of the nucleic acid extraction instrument.A humanmachine reliability evaluation system for the interface design of the nucleic acid extractor was constructed according to the SPARH(Standardized Plant Analysis Human Reliability Analysis)method.The TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution)method was combined with the CRITIC(Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation)method to combined weight the performance influence factors in the evaluation system.The various level multiplier of the performance influence factor was corrected by the weight value of combination,so that it could be applied to the interface design of the nucleic acid extraction instrument for human-machine reliability evaluation.Through experimentations and statistical test methods,it was verified that the human-machine reliability evaluation system for the interface design of nucleic acid extractor was reliable based on the combination of subjective and objective factors.
