摘要
为改善口腔医生坐诊和手术操作时坐姿的舒适度,采用瑞典工效学因素识别方法(Swedish Ergonomic Hazard Identification Method, PLIBEL)和美国人因风险因子基准检查表(Baseline Risk Identification of Ergonomic Factors, BRIEF)对口腔医生作业姿势存在的不良工效学因素进行识别与分析,得出影响口腔医生作业舒适性的关键部位,作为产品设计的依据,并采用Jack软件进行可行性对比验证。采用专家评估方法得到口腔医生在作业过程中最易发生风险的关键部位和姿势,并提出坐姿改良座椅设计方案,通过Jack仿真验证得到该产品可改善口腔医生作业姿势,提高其舒适度。通过坐姿改良座椅的设计案例,证实了PLIBEL和BRIEF的结合在产品设计过程中具有实用性和可行性,可有效指导口腔医生座椅的创新设计过程。
To improve the comfort of sitting posture of dentists during stting and operation,Sweden ergonomic factors identification method(PLIBEL)and baseline risk identification of ergonomic factors(BRIEF)were used to perform identification and analysis on adverse ergonomic factors existed in the dentist operations pose.The key parts of operation comfort for dentist were obtained as the basis of product design.Jack software was used for feasibility comparison and verification.The expert evaluation method was used to obtain the key position and posture most likely to occur risk in the process of operation.The improved posture seat design scheme was proposed.Jack simulation verification could improve job posture of dentist and comfort.The combination of PLIBEL and BRIEF was proved to be practical and reliable in the design process of the modified chair.It could effectively guide the innovative design process of the chair for dentists.
