国际妇产超声学会2023年胎儿心脏超声筛查指南解读 被引量：2

Interpretation of the latest ISUOG practice guidelines(updated):fetal cardiac screening

摘要 在过去的十余年,国内外对胎儿先天性心脏病(congenital heart disease,CHD)的产前筛查与诊断、遗传咨询、产前产后管理等领域的认识发生了巨大变化 [1,2,3,4,5,6],有效的胎儿心脏超声筛查和最大程度准确诊断胎儿CHD、胎儿心律失常及胎儿心脏功能改变已经成为产前医疗工作中非常重要的部分。在2013年国际妇产超声学会(The International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology,ISUOG)发布的胎儿心脏超声筛查指南 [4]的基础上,2023年6月ISUOG发布了最新胎儿心脏超声筛查指南 [7](以下简称"指南"), 适用于中孕期低危妊娠的胎儿心脏超声筛查。
