颗粒增强热固性树脂强度性能研究

摘要 通过压缩性能研究了颗粒级配及添加助剂对颗粒增强热固性树脂强度性能的影响。石英砂的级配调整有助于提高颗粒增强热固性树脂压缩强度,添加偶联剂可以提高其压缩强度。结果表明:颗粒增强热固性树脂有一个最佳级配;添加偶联剂能大幅度提高颗粒增强热固性树脂的压缩性能;最佳添加偶联剂含量是0.7%。 The influence of particle size distribution and additives on the strength performance of particle reinforced thermosetting resins was studied through compression performance.Adjusting the grading of quartz sand helps to improve the compressive strength of particle reinforced thermosetting resins,and adding coupling agents can improve their compressive strength.The results indicate that particle reinforced thermosetting resin has an optimal gradation.Adding coupling agents can significantly improve the compression performance of particle reinforced thermosetting resins.The optimal amount of coupling agent added is 0.7%.
