离子色谱法测定土壤中的氯根离子和硫酸根离子

摘要 氯根离子和硫酸根离子的测定有多种方法。为了快速准确大量地测定土壤中的氯根离子和硫酸根离子,本文采用离子色谱法测定土壤中的氯根含量和硫酸根含量。选择4.5 mmol/L碳酸钠和0.8mol/L碳酸氢钠碳酸根作为淋洗液,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃。Cl-、SO42-的线性范围分别为0~20 mg/L和0~30 mg/L,线性相关系数均大于0.999。对3种土壤样品重复6次测定,氯根测定结果的绝对误差均在标准值范围内,相对标准偏差均小于10%,硫酸根测定结果的绝对误差均在标准值范围内,相对标准偏差均小于10%。对样品进行加标测定,Cl-的加标回收率为93.3%~104.3%,SO42-的加标回收率为91.7%~109.0%。该方法操作简单、准确、快速,适用于大批量土壤样品检测。 There are many methods for the determination of chloride and sulfate ions.In order to determine the content of chloride and sulfate in soil rapidly and accurately,the content of chloride and sulfate in soil was determined by ion chromatography.4.5 mmol/L sodium carbonate and 0.8 mol/L sodium bicarbonate carbonate were used as eluent,flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and column temperature was 30°C.The linear ranges were 0~20mg/L and 0~30mg/L respectively,and the linear correlation coefficients were larger than those of the 0.999.The results showed that the absolute errors of the determination results were all within the range of the standard values,the relative standard deviations were all less than 10%,and the absolute errors of the determination results of sulfate were all within the range of the standard values,the relative standard deviation was less than 10%.The recoveries of Cl-,SO42-were 93.3%~104.3%and 91.7%~109.0%,respectively.The method is simple,accurate and rapid,and is suitable for the detection of large quantities of soil samples.
