空气中甲烷气体标准物质研制

摘要 本项目研制摩尔分数为0.500%~3.00%的空气中甲烷二级气体标准物质,采用称量法制备,比较法定值。使用一级气体标准物质作为比较标准,将气相色谱仪作为高精度比较仪,进行量值传递及定值。对气体标准物质进行了制备、均匀性与稳定性检验,结果表明,本项目研制的空气中甲烷气体标准物质可用于测量仪器的校准、测量过程质量控制及分析方法确认和评价,也可为同类气体标准物质研制机构开展该浓度气体标准物质研制提供技术参考。 This article briefly introduces the second grade carbon monoxide gas of reference material was(0.500%~3.00%)in the air,the gas was prepared by weighing method and compared with the legal value.The first grade gas reference material was used as the comparison standard,and the gas chromatograph was used as the high precision comparison instrument.the gas chromatograph carry on the quantity value transmission and the fixed value.The preparation,homogeneity and stability of the gas reference material were tested.The gas can be used for the calibration of measuring instruments,the quality control of measuring process,the validation and evaluation of analytical methods.It also provides technical reference for the development of gas certified reference materials in various gas certified reference materials research institutions.
