摘要
针对化工厂LCM450型挤压机设备实际运行过程中,因生产工艺、仪表设备故障导致的停车问题,从挤压机系统结构组成及故障处理两方面进行研究分析,以减少设备停车频率,保障机组持续平稳运行状态。
In response to the shutdown problem caused by production process and instrument equipment failures during the actual operation of the LCM450 extruder equipment in a chemical plant,research and analysis are conducted from two aspects:the structural composition of the extruder system and fault handling,in order to reduce the frequency of equipment shutdown and ensure the continuous and stable operation of the unit.
