摘要
科学技术的发展重塑了医疗过程和医生认知,进而改变了医患沟通的方式,对医患关系产生了影响。基于2021年中国医师调查数据,本文发现,虽然医患沟通时长的增加能够降低医患冲突的发生频率,但医生科技效率认知水平的提升却会削弱这一作用。尤其在患者恐吓、威胁医生的医患冲突类型中,科技效率认知更强的医生增加沟通时间不仅不会减少冲突的发生,甚至有激化冲突的趋势。因此,在兼具劳动与交往性质的现代医疗过程中,医患关系需要兼顾专业性与日常性,平衡沟通时间和沟通话语,建构一条超越医患二元关系的连接路径。
The advancements in science and technology have significantly altered the medical process and doctors'perceptions.Consequently,this transformation has redefined how doctors and patients communicate with each other,thereby influencing the doctor-patient relationship.Findings from the 2021 China Doctor Survey indicate that an extended duration of doctor-patient communication is associated with decreased conflicts.However,a rise in doctors'perceptions of high-tech efficiency counteracts this positive impact.In doctor-patient conflicts involving patient intimidation and threats,prolonged communication by doctors with high-tech efficiency perceptions fails to mitigate conflict occurrences and may exacerbate them.Therefore,handling the doctor-patient relationship must consider elements of professionalism and comprehensibility,which necessitates a careful balance between the time allocated for communication and the nature of the communication discourse.
