In the process of industry-academia-research cooperation in technology development,universities,institutes and enterprises have become partners due to technological needs.From the perspective of technological innovation and institutional mechanisms,this paper analyzes the main characteristics of the technology development mode,explores and proposes strategies such as building an intellectual property service platform,leveraging government guidance,and improving the technology development and innovation capacity system to promote the transformation of sci-tech achievements in universities,institutes and enterprises.
