试析“三链融合”视角下高职专业效能评价

Analysis of Higher Vocational Specialty Efficiency Evaluationfrom the Perspective of " Three Chain Integration "

为了评价高职教育某专业培养的人才是否能促进“人才链”“创新链”“产业链”的深度融合,需要对高职专业进行效能评价。本文首先对高职专业效能进行了构念,从其基本内涵、基本形态、基本属性三个方面剖析出了高职专业效能的真实本质;然后从“三链融合”视角,论证了高职专业效能评价与“三链融合”的内在关联。

In order to evaluate whether the talents cultivated by a certain specialty in higher vocational education can promote the deep integration of the"talent chain","innovation chain"and"industry chain",it is necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of higher vocational specialties.This paper first constructs the concept of higher vocational specialty efficiency,and analyzes the real essence of vocational professional higher vocational specialty efficiency from three aspects:its basic connotation,basic form,and basic attributes;then,from the perspective of"three chain integration",the inherent correlation between the higher vocational specialty efficiency evaluation and the"three chain integration"is demonstrated.
