本文介绍了吉林省的科技文献资源战略支撑与保障体系的科技战略规划部署,如何创新性地开展科技文献服务,为创新主体自主创新助力,并针对促进吉林省创新驱动发展以及国家数字科技文献创新发展,提出了相应对策建议。

This paper introduces the strategic planning and deployment of sci-tech literature resources strategic support and guarantee system of Jilin Province,how to carry out sci-tech literature services innovatively,help innovation subjects to independently innovate,and make corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for promoting innovation-driven development of Jilin Province and national digital sci-tech literature innovation development.
