湖南省高等教育经费使用效率的空间集聚特征及其效应研究

A Study on the Spatial Clustering Characteristics and Effects of the Utilization Efficiency of the Funds for Higher Education in Hunan Province

本文选取2008—2021年湖南省各市州高等教育经费使用效率的数据,通过空间聚类和全局空间自相关检验,分析湖南省各市州高等教育经费使用效率空间积聚性和自相关性,得到如下研究结论:湖南省各市州高等教育经费使用效率聚类呈现较为明显的动态变化趋势,但是各市州并没有形成较为显著的空间集聚特征;2008年湖南省高等教育经费使用效率的空间自相关不明显,没有形成较为显著的空间分布特征;2012年、2016年湖南省高等教育经费使用效率呈现较为显著的空间正相关,2021年湖南省高等教育经费使用效率呈现较为显著的空间负相关,各城市之间存在明显的空间差异性。

This paper selects the data on the utilization efficiency of the funds for higher education in the cities and prefectures of Hunan Province from 2008 to 2021, and analyzes the spatial clustering and autocorrelation of the utilization efficiency of the funds for higher education in its cities and prefectures through spatial clustering and overall spatial autocorrelation tests. The following conclusions have been drawn: the clustering of the utilization efficiency of the funds for higher education in its cities and prefectures shows an obvious dynamic trend, but there is no significant spatial clustering feature in each city and prefecture;the utilization efficiency of the funds for higher education was not significant in 2008 in terms of spatial autocorrelation, without forming evident spatial distribution characteristics;the utilization efficiency of the funds for higher education represented a significant spatial positive correlation in 2012 and 2016, but it showed an obvious spatial negative correlation in 2021, with remarkable spatial differences among cities.
