Research Progress of Amphibian Antimicrobial Peptides and Their Application Prospect in Animal Husbandry

两栖动物抗菌肽是一类广泛存在于两栖动物皮肤表面和黏膜上的天然抗菌物质,具有广谱抗菌活性、低毒性、不易产生耐药性等特点。文章对近年来两栖动物抗菌肽的研究进展进行了综述,包括其抗菌机制、生物活性等方面的研究现状,以及在畜牧业中的应用前景,为相关开发应用提供数据参考。

Amphibian antimicrobial peptides are a kind of natural antibacterial substances widely existing on the skin surface and mucosa of amphibians.They have the characteristics of broad-spectrum antibacterial activity,low toxicity,and not susceptible to drug resistance.In this paper,the research progress of amphibian antimicrobial peptides in recent years was reviewed,including their antibacterial mechanism,biological activity,etc.,and their application prospects in animal husbandry.This report would provide data reference for related development and applications.
