摘要
肌肉与骨骼共同组成的肌肉-骨骼系统是人体结构的重要组成部分,肌肉与骨骼在生理上相互促进,在病理上互为因果;二者通过机械串扰和生化串扰建立了多层面和多维度的紧密联系。属肌骨系统病变范畴的全身性代谢疾病肌少症(sarcopenia,SP)、骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)以及肌少-骨质疏松症(osteosarcopenia,OS)已经严重威胁中老年人的身心健康,并正在逐步加剧全球公共卫生负担。而对肌肉骨骼交互功能的研究有利于对肌骨系统疾病的危险因素、作用机制和治疗方法进行深入挖掘,以期为肌骨共病的疾病管理提供新思路和新策略。该文基于肌骨一体观,对肌骨共病视阈下肌肉和骨骼在生理和病理方面的交互功能的国内外研究现状作一综述。
The musculoskeletal system,which is composed of muscles and bones,is an important component of the human body structure.Muscles and bones promote each other physiologically and interact each other pathologically.The two establish a multi-level and multi-dimensional close connection through mechanical and biochemical crosstalk.Sarcopenia(SP),osteoporosis(OP),and osteosarcopenia(OS),which belong to the category of systemic metabolic diseases in the musculoskeletal system,have seriously threatened the physical and mental health of middle-aged and elderly people and are gradually increasing the global public health burden.The study of musculoskeletal interaction function is beneficial for us to deeply explore the risk factors,mechanisms of action,and treatment method of musculoskeletal system diseases,in order to provide new ideas and strategies for the management of musculoskeletal comorbidities.This article is based on the concept of muscle bone integration,and provides a review of the current research status of the physiological and pathological interaction between muscles and bones under the threshold of muscle bone comorbidity.
