摘要
当前大学毕业生的就业环境正经历巨大的变革、面临空前的挑战,本文基于大学和职场互动的视角,分析了过去十余年来社会、高等教育和劳动力市场的转型与变革,指出这些变革为毕业生就业力研究带来了新的需求和挑战。本文回顾了该领域的最新理论发展,特别是融合资本视角、制度主义和能动性的就业力分析框架,它们可用于全面分析大学毕业生与雇主之间的互动关系,最后探讨了这一理论框架如何有助于解决当前就业力研究中的学术争议。
The current employment environment for university graduates is undergoing significant changes and facing unprecedented challenges.This paper reviews and reflects on the academic development of graduate employability research,explores how to address key controversies in academic literature,and anticipates future research directions.It emphasizes the use of a university-workplace interaction perspective in this field of study.In this perspective,the paper theoretically analyzes the transformation and change of society,higher education and labor market over the past decade,pointing out that these changes have brought new demands and challenges for graduate employability research.On such basis,this paper focuses on the latest theoretical developments in the field,particularly the employability analytical framework that integrates the capital perspective,institutionalism and agency,which can be used to comprehensively analyze the interactive relationships between university graduates and employers.Finally,it explores how this theoretical framework can help resolve the current academic controversy in employability research.
