糖尿病足溃疡患者的负压辅助闭合技术与负压封闭引流技术治疗作用分析

Analysis of the Therapeutic Role of Negative Pressure-assisted Closure Technique and Negative Pressure Closed Drainage Technique in Patients with Diabetic Foot

摘要 目的分析糖尿病足溃疡患者的负压辅助闭合技术与负压封闭引流技术治疗作用。方法选取2023年3—7月沂水县人民医院医治的86例糖尿病足患者为研究对象,采用数字双盲法分为观察组与对照组,每组43例。对照组采用负压封闭引流技术,观察组采用负压辅助闭合技术。对比两组患者创面愈合情况、治疗效果、组织氧分压及足背动脉血流速度、琥珀脱氢酶和乳酸脱氢酶。结果治疗后,观察组创面愈合时间[(21.79±2.23)d]、乳酸脱氢酶水平均优于对照组,观察组治疗总有效率、组织氧分压及足背动脉血流速度、琥珀脱氢酶水平,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用负压辅助闭合技术治疗糖尿病足,有利于患者创面愈合,提升高组织氧分压,促进患者足背动脉血液循环。 Objective To study the analysis of the therapeutic role of negative pressure-assisted closure technique and negative pressure closed drainage technique in patients with diabetic foot ulcers.Methods A total of 86 diabetic foot patients treated in Yishui County People's Hospital from March to July 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by digital double-blind method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was used negative pressure closed drainage technology,and the observation group was used negative pressure assisted closure technology.Wound healing,treatment effect,tissue oxygen partial pressure,blood flow velocity of dorsal foot artery,amber dehydrogenase and lactate dehydrogenase were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the wound healing time[(21.79±2.23)d]and the level of lactate dehydrogenase in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the total effective rate,tissue partial pressure of oxygen,blood flow velocity of dorsal foot artery and amber dehydrogenase level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of negative pressure-assisted closure technique for the treatment of diabetic foot is conducive to the healing of patients'traumas,elevates the high tissue oxygen partial pressure,and promotes the blood circulation of patients'dorsalis pedis arteries.
