补肾活血中医治疗股骨头坏死疾病的效果分析

Analysis of the Effectiveness of Bushen Huoxue Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Femur Head Necrosis Disease

目的旨在探讨股骨头坏死患者实施补肾活血中医治疗后的临床效果。方法选取2021年8月—2023年8月上海中医药大学附属岳阳中西医结合医院收治的100例股骨头坏死患者为研究对象,根据投掷硬币法分为对照组和研究组,对照组(50例)采用仙灵骨葆胶囊作为治疗药物,研究组(50例)采用补肾活血壮骨汤作为治疗药物。对比两组用药总有效率、血脂水平和血流动力学指标水平。结果研究组用药总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.005,P<0.05)。研究组三酰甘油、总胆固醇水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度、血浆黏度以及红细胞压积均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对股骨头坏死患者合理给予补肾活血中医治疗,能明显提升患者的用药效果,降低三酰甘油和总胆固醇水平以及全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度、血浆黏度和红细胞压积等指标,应用价值突显。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of patients with femur head necrosis disease after the implementation of Bushen Huoxue traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Methods 100 patients with femoral head necrosis admitted to Yueyang Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as research objects.According to coin throwing method,they were divided into control group(50 cases)using Xianling Gubao capsule as treatment drug,and study group(50 cases)using bushenhuoxue zhuanggu decoction as treatment drug.The total effective rate,blood lipid level and hemodynamic index of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(82.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.005,P<0.05).The levels of triglyceride and total cholesterol in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Whole blood low tangential viscosity,whole blood high tangential viscosity,plasma viscosity and hematocrit in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Reasonable administration of Bushen Huoxue traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of femur head necrosis patients can significantly improve the effect of medication,reduce the levels of triacylglycerol and total cholesterol,as well as reduce the indexes of whole blood low-cut viscosity,whole-blood high-cut viscosity,plasma viscosity and erythrocyte pressure volume,outstanding application value.
