刺络药物罐疗法配合股四头肌功能手法对膝骨性关节炎患者关节功能及关节液炎性因子水平的影响

Effects of Pricking Drug Jar Therapy Cooperating with Functional Manipulation of Quadriceps Femoris Muscle on Joint Function and Joint Fluid Inflammatory Factor Levels in Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

目的分析刺络药物罐疗法配合股四头肌功能手法对膝骨性关节炎患者关节功能、关节液炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2023年5月深圳宝安中医院康复科收治的82例膝骨性关节炎患者为研究对象,通过随机抽签的方式分为两组,各41例。对照组进行股四头肌功能手法和常规治疗,观察组在此基础上联用刺络药物罐疗法。比较治疗后两组的膝关节功能、关节液炎性因子水平及生活质量。结果治疗前,两组膝关节功能评分、关节液炎性因子水平及生活质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组膝关节功能评分、关节液炎性因子水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分为(22.95±1.72)分,低于对照组(29.73±2.25)分,差异有统计学意义(t=15.329,P<0.05)。结论刺络药物罐疗法联合股四头肌功能手法用于膝骨性关节炎中,可促进患者的关节功能改善,降低炎性因子。

Objective To analyze the effects of pricking drug jar therapy cooperating with functional manipulation of quadriceps femoris muscle on joint function and level of joint fluid inflammatory factor in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods 82 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the rehabilitation department of Shenzhen Bao'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups of 41 cases each by random draw.The control group was subjected to functional manipulation of quadriceps femoris muscle and conventional treatment,and the observation group was associated with pricking drug jar therapy cooperating on this basis.The knee joint function,joint fluid inflammatory factor level and quality of life of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results Before treatment,the knee joint function score,joint fluid inflammatory factor level and quality of life of the two groups were compared,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the knee joint function score and joint fluid inflammatory factor level of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was(22.95±1.72)points,which was lower than that of the control group(29.73±2.25)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=15.329,P<0.05).Conclusion Prickling drug jar therapy combined with functional manipulation of quadriceps femoris muscle in knee osteoarthritis can promote the improvement of joint function and reduce inflammatory factors of patients.
