美罗培南在新生儿败血症治疗中的应用价值探讨

Application Value of Meropenem in the Treatment of Neonatal Septicemia

目的探讨与分析美罗培南在新生儿败血症治疗中的应用价值。方法选取2017年6月—2022年6月在江苏盛泽医院住院诊治的新生儿败血症患儿108例为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为美罗培南组与传统组,每组54例。传统组给予头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗,美罗培南组给予美罗培南治疗。比较两组的总有效率,白细胞计数与血小板计数变化。结果治疗7 d后美罗培南组的总有效率为98.1%,传统组为87.0%,美罗培南组与传统组相比,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.860,P<0.05)。美罗培南组治疗7 d后的白细胞计数、血小板计数与传统组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论美罗培南在新生儿败血症治疗中的应用能提高治疗效果,能促进患儿康复,提高患儿的血小板计数,降低患儿的白细胞计数。

Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical value of meropenem in neonatal septicemia.Methods A total of 108 children of neonatal septicemia hospitalized in Jiangsu Shengze Hospital from June 2017 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into meropenem group and traditional group,with 54 cases in each group.The traditional group was treated with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium,and the meropenem group was treated with meropenem.The total effective rate,white blood cell count and platelet count were compared between the two groups.Results After 7 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the meropenem group was 98.1%and that of the traditional group was 87.0%,and the meropenem group was significantly higher than the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.860,P<0.05).The white blood cell count and platelet count in meropenem group after 7 days of treatment were significantly different from those in traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of meropenem in the treatment of neonatal septicemia can improve the therapeutic effect,promote the recovery of children,increase the platelet count of children,and reduce the white blood cell count of children.
