个体医学营养疗法联合门冬胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病的效果及对糖代谢、妊娠结局的影响

Effect of Individual Medical Nutrition Therapy Combined with Insulin Aspartate on Gestational Diabetes Mellitus and Its Influence on Glucose Metabolism and Pregnancy Outcome

目的将个体医学营养疗法联合门冬胰岛素用于妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)治疗中,分析其效果及对糖代谢、妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2023年4月广东医科大学顺德妇女儿童医院收治的80例GDM患者为研究对象,根据治疗方案分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采取门冬胰岛素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用个体医学营养疗法,比较两组治疗效果及对糖代谢、妊娠结局。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.000,P<0.05);治疗前,两组糖代谢指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组糖代谢各指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组母婴不良妊娠结局发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个体医学营养疗法联合门冬胰岛素治疗GDM的效果满意,可有效调节糖代谢,也能改善妊娠结局。

Objective To analyze the effect of individual medical nutrition therapy combined with insulin aspartate in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)and its influence on glucose metabolism and pregnancy outcome.Methods A total of 80 GDM patients admitted to Shunde Women and Children's Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from January 2020 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment plan,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aspartate insulin,and the observation group was treated with individual medical nutrition therapy on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,glucose metabolism and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.000,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in glucose metabolism indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the indexes of glucose metabolism in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of individual medical nutrition therapy combined with insulin aspartate in the treatment of GDM is satisfactory,which can effectively regulate glucose metabolism and improve pregnancy outcome.
